Kindness doesn’t just live on this page, it’s something we try to carry into the world wherever we go. This video was taken at a hospital, where I and Jazmin from Life in Bloom spent time leaving small handwritten notes on cars. Simple messages, just to remind people they’re seen, valued, and not alone in whatever they might be going through.
Moments like this mean so much to me. There is so much happening in the world and sometimes it can feel like there isn’t enough love or gentleness in it, but I really believe in the power of small acts. A few words at the right time can stay with someone far longer than we realise.
